NTAP and Pro Bono Net are proud to sponsor a webinar presented by Capstone Practice Systems. "Using the National Document Assembly Server" will review the basic operations of the national document assembly server (NPADO) from end-user and template contributor perspectives. We'll walk through how the service is accessed, how HotDocs and A2J interviews work, how answers can be saved, shared, and retrieved, and how documents can be assembled, downloaded, and emailed. We'll show how templates and interviews are uploaded, updated, and deleted. We'll cover some common mistakes and misconceptions, as well as tips and tricks that self-help center personnel and other "power users" may find helpful.
