We're trying to make it easiest for you by giving you an option to submit only one letter. The truth is, however, that there is more value to individual and personalized letters.  The more tailored your letters are to particular projects,  the more likely they will be to receive funding.

1. Submit a Support Letter for All Projects.  If you are short on time and support NTAP's efforts generally, you can simply submit a tailored version of the All-in-One Letter.

2.  Submit Multiple Letters.  If you use a lot of our services and want to provide the most help, we encourage you to submit multiple letters.  For example, most programs will support at least two projects (Training and LSNTAP.Org) with one letter. Open Source States and LegalMeetings Hosts will do a separate individual letter for those projects as well. Other programs submit separate letters for GIS Mapping or Research Request Tool based on familiarity and use of the tool. Simply download the letters and insert a paragraph of your own based on your experiences.
