Originally, Arkansas registered several variations of their website address including www.arlegalservices.com. That domain address expired in early 2006.

Due to staff changes, Arkansas did not receive timely notification of that domain's expiration. Within weeks a cybersquatter was using the URL for a pornography site, while also advertising the URL for sale.

Through investigation it was discovered that the company who registered the URL and posted the pornography is a repeat offender who has violated trademark and other laws against large corporations. This company often posts pornography to domains that have recently expired in order to embarrass the previous owner into buying the URL from them for a higher price.
