CRLA - Director of Data and Evaluation

The Director of Data and Evaluation will lead the way in strengthening data-driven decision-making to maximize CRLA's impact in the communities we serve. This newly established role will collaborate with staff to design and implement processes to capture CRLA's impact by analyzing the organization's efficacy and strategies in delivering its services to marginalized communities. The Director of Data and Evaluation will guide CRLA in building a culture of learning that uses data and measurable outcomes to refine and improve advocacy and programs. The Director will provide thought leadership, planning, technical assistance, and day-to-day guidance on CRLA's internal research activities and will serve as a resource for the entire organization. This position reports to the Director of Learning and Impact, who is a member of the Leadership Team.
