The New York State Interest on Lawyer Account Fund ("IOLA" or “IOLA Fund”) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to perform program-level project management consultant service to support the implementation, scaling, and governance maturation of the Justice Infrastructure Project (JIP) following completion of Phase 2 planning and initial design activities.
It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded with an initial term of one (1) year, with four one-year optional renewals.
