603 Legal Aid (603LA) invites proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Business Process Analysis (BPA) of our client intake system. The selected consultant will assess all channels through which prospective clients first contact 603LA, identify gaps in access, efficiency, and equity, and deliver actionable recommendations and an implementation roadmap.
Ideal applicants will have demonstrated experience conducting intake and workflow analysis for nonprofit legal aid organizations, familiarity with LSC-funded programs and applicable compliance requirements, and a commitment to equity-centered practice.
