Best Practices for Data Collection: Let's Build an Intake Form!

This hands-on session brings theory into practice by walking you through the process of building a standardized intake form in a case management system. You’ll follow MMLS as they create a form tailored to meet Right to Counsel grant requirements, incorporating essential elements like conditional fields, auto-filled data, and custom question blocks.

You’ll also learn how to assess what data your system already collects, identify gaps, and build auxiliary forms to streamline intake. By the end of the video, you’ll understand how thoughtful planning, field configuration, and form structure can lead to cleaner data, faster intake processes, and more effective reporting.
