1. Select the contacts you wish to merge.
Tip! To select many contacts at the same time:
If the names are next to one another on the list:
Click on the first name and Shift + click the last.
If the names are not next to one another on the list:
Click on the first name and Ctrl + click each subsequent name.
Ctrl + click also deselects names.
2. Select Home, Mail Merge on the menu bar.

In 2019, the Michigan Advocacy Program (MAP) received a Technology Initiative Grant (TIG) from the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) to bring UX design and usability testing training to the justice community. After having struggled with these topics in the early days of Michigan Legal Help, and then learning how important they are, MAP wanted to help others in the community understand the basics of UX design and learn how easy usability testing can be.
LSNTAP, in partnership with Urban Insight, hosted a virtual information and training session for ReadClearly and WriteClearly. The presentation was led by Ben Upham, Technical Project Manager at Urban Insight. The training reviewed these tools in detail, the installation of the tools, and how to effectively use them. Participants were able to ask questions and were surveyed on how likely they were to use the tools after the training.
