Leading Projects Effectively by Strengthening the Project Team’s Authority, Credibility, and Transparency
Managing projects is a balancing act. Project leaders must remain focused on the project goal while continuing to listen to and integrate the voices of both customers and project team members. Juggling these sometimes disparate perspectives, needs, and wants can be challenging. Leaders can directly address these challenges by forming strong partnerships with project team members, customers, and stakeholders who are directly impacted by the project. In this webinar, we’ll explore strategies for strengthening these partnerships by enhancing the project team’s credibility and authority, increasing transparency, and fostering greater respect for the project team's work.
In this session, we’ll address such questions as:
- What actions will strengthen your partnership with team members and stakeholders?
- What steps can you take to create greater transparency in your project’s deliverables and processes?
- How can your project enhance its credibility, respect, and authority with key stakeholders?
