CLS seeks a qualified individual consultant or firm to serve as Senior Technology Advisor, and Quality Assurance Lead for the CSI Transformation Project, covering all three technology objectives described above. CLS is hoping this individual will also have LegalServer development skills, and be able to build, test and implement changes in the software. The consultant will work in close partnership with CLS's project team, including its Assistant Director of IT and Innovation — who will co-lead hands-on configuration and development across all three objectives — to provide expert audit, planning, architecture, and quality assurance support, informed by the consultant's own LegalServer and legal aid technology expertise, while also helping CLS project leadership track schedules, risks, and cross-component coordination. 

This is an advisory, architectural, and hands-on role, working with CLS's Assistant Director of IT and Innovation in implementation across all three objectives. There will potentially be opportunities to hire help from vendor teams who could help us achieve our goals. Because the consultant is expected to provide direct, credible technical guidance on LegalServer configuration decisions, in addition to project management experience, CLS, if at all possible, is requesting that the individual(s) performing this work have direct LegalServer configuration expertise.
