Security First: What EDs and IT Need to Know About Security in a Hybrid Work Environment

On September 14, 2021, Stacey Hawyer from The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County and Ilenia Sanchez-Bryson from Legal Services of Greater Miami shared what executive directors and IT staff should know about security in a hybrid work environment.

We're all working in a more collaborative environment – regardless of location. For the foreseeable future, staff will be working with clients, courts, and other providers both in person and virtually. At the beginning of the pandemic, legal aid programs quickly pivoted to available technology and equipment in new ways to ensure they continued to serve their clients. Now it’s time for programs to plan for the long term by building in more security and best practices. This webinar will explore how legal aid can better protect both client and organization data while working in a dynamic environment.
