LSNTAP Launches New Data Management & Visualization Toolkit

Strengthen Your Data Practices, Tell Your Story, and Serve Clients Better

July 8, 2025 — The Legal Services National Technology Assistance Project (LSNTAP) is excited to announce the release of its brand-new Data Management & Visualization Toolkit, a free, practical video series designed to help legal aid professionals take control of their data—no technical background required.
Kicking off with an introductory video and the first of six core modules, the series follows the fictional staff of Misty Meadows Legal Services as they embark on a journey to improve how they collect, manage, and use their data. From refining intake forms to creating powerful visualizations, each episode offers relatable, real-world scenarios and practical takeaways legal aid organizations can apply immediately.

New videos will be released every two weeks, giving viewers time to reflect, practice, and build their skills at a manageable pace. Topics include:

•    Collecting your data
•    Best practices for data collection
•    Using reports for data standardization
•    Testing and refining forms
•    Visualizing your data
